Who we are

We’re Hi Padel — a smart new way to bring sport to life.

Founded by Michael Stephens and Joe Murray, Hi Padel partners with schools to create shared-use padel courts.

We design, fund, build, and operate the clubs. Schools get incredible new sports facilities at zero cost. Communities get access. Players get hooked.

Padel is exploding.

It’s fast, fun, and totally addictive. Played in doubles with bouncy walls and simple rules, padel is the perfect school and community sport.

We're filling the gap by building where others can’t—on school grounds.

Answering some questions

Is there any cost to the school?

Nope. Zero. We build and run everything. You just provide the space.

How are school hours managed?

Each school gets guaranteed daytime access. We lock out public bookings during those hours.

What happens after school?

Courts open to the public—parents, neighbours, padel addicts. All managed via booking app.

How do schools benefit financially?

Once setup costs are covered, we share profits from the club with the school.

What if we don’t have a tennis court?

No problem. We work with most open areas. Up to 3 padel courts fit in 1 tennis court space.

Is planning permission required?

Yes, but we work closely with each school to manage the process.

Do we have to manage anything?

No admin. No maintenance. We handle everything—including bookings, cleaning, and coaching.
