FAQ

Questions
schools ask us

Is the school committing to build courts by starting a conversation?

No. A first conversation is exploratory only. Nothing is committed until the site review and partnership agreement are signed.

Who pays to build and run the facility?

Hi Padel funds the entire construction and operation. The school commits no capital and carries no maintenance cost. The only school-side cost is its own legal fees when reviewing the partnership agreements.

Can pupils use the courts?

Yes. Pupils get priority access during agreed school hours, with community and club bookings taking the remaining slots.

Will the school generate revenue?

Yes. Schools receive a share of booking income for the lifetime of the partnership, with no operating cost to offset it.

Who handles bookings, maintenance and staffing?

Hi Padel manages everything: the booking platform, on-site staffing, cleaning, repairs and long-term maintenance.

How much space is needed, and does location matter?

A standard double court needs roughly 22m by 20m of usable space. Access, parking and floodlighting all factor into the site review.

How long does a project take?

Most projects move from agreement to opening within six to nine months, depending on planning and groundworks.
